These terms govern the use of the Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts of the businesses operated by Henry Jaimes and of the automated assistant that may reply to messages and comments. By using them you accept these terms. How we process your data is explained in the privacy policy.

The automated assistant

An automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence may answer your messages and some comments. It can make mistakes: its replies are informational, are not an official position of the business and do not replace professional advice (medical, legal or financial). You can ask to speak with a person at any time. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive information by message.

Rules for commenting and writing to us

We moderate comments and messages. We may hide or delete content that is spam, a scam, an insult, a threat, harassment, discrimination or against the law, and block accounts that repeat it.

Liability

We do our best to keep the services available and the information correct, but we do not guarantee they are free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from their use.
