Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Henry Jaimes (“we”) processes as the operator of the integrations with Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp (the Meta app “Henry Jaimes”) that publish content and handle the messages and comments of the pages, accounts and numbers of the businesses he manages, including Diario Pandora. Contact: [email protected].
What data we process and why
- Messages and comments. If you write to us on Messenger, by Instagram direct message or on WhatsApp, or comment on the posts of those pages and accounts, we receive your public name, your user ID (or your phone number on WhatsApp), the date and the content of your message or comment, including any files you send. We use them to reply to you and, for comments, to moderate the conversation (for example, hiding spam or scams). We never ask for passwords or payment details.
- Posts. We publish content on those pages and accounts; the app uses the permissions the administrators granted it for that.
- Technical data. Our servers log data such as the IP address and the time of each request, for security, and keep it for about 7 days. Cloudflare, which protects our sites, also processes it under its own policy.
Automated replies
We may reply with an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence. We tell you at the start of the conversation and you can ask to speak with a person at any time. To write the reply, the content of the conversation (and, depending on the assistant, your public name) is sent to an artificial intelligence provider, which processes it under its own terms. We do not use your messages to train our own AI models.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or use it for personalized advertising. We share it only with the services that make the above possible: Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), Cloudflare, our server provider, the customer-service platform we operate (Carrier, carriercoo.com), error-monitoring tools and the artificial intelligence providers behind the assistants. We may also hand data over to an authority when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep conversations for as long as they are needed to assist you, or until you ask us to delete them. Technical logs are kept for about 7 days, and error logs for up to 30 days. Our systems’ backups renew themselves: a deleted item can remain in them for up to 90 days.
Your rights and how to delete your data
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it or to delete it. To delete what we store from your messages or comments:
- Write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”.
- Tell us your Facebook or Instagram username, or your WhatsApp number, and the page or business you talked to.
- We will delete the conversations and comments we store in our systems and confirm by email within 30 days.
You can also delete your own messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp; that data remains with Meta under its policies.
These same instructions are also on a page of their own.
Children and changes
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We may update this policy; the date of the last update appears at the top.
