Delete your data

This page explains how to delete the data Henry Jaimes stores from your messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp (the Meta app “Henry Jaimes”). What data we process and why is in the privacy policy.

How to ask us to delete your data

  1. Write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”.
  2. Tell us your Facebook or Instagram username, or your WhatsApp number, and the page or business you talked to.
  3. We will delete the conversations and comments we store in our systems and confirm by email within 30 days.

Our systems’ backups renew themselves: a deleted item can remain in them for up to 90 days.

You can also delete your own messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp; that data remains with Meta under its policies.
